The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with abundant toiletries, yet minor upgrades are needed. The service is friendly and accommodating, with a well-organized courtesy coach. The location is convenient, directly linked to the subway for easy travel. The dining experience, while not exceptional, provides a decent selection of food. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenient access to transportation.
Staying at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The room with a view of the Pudong skyline was clean and well-equipped, but there were issues with loud vibrations in the water pipes during a rainstorm. The staff was always helpful, but communication barriers were encountered with some staff members. The location was excellent, especially for accessing the subway and the SNIEC, although the dining options were not as varied as desired.
